Calling all aspiring youth performers with a passion for singing! 🎤✨

This summer, join us for The SingingActor Youth Workshop, an exciting and dynamic program designed to help young singers unlock their full potential as performers. Whether you’re looking to enhance your stage presence, improve your vocal technique, or gain confidence in your audition skills, this workshop has it all!

Age Range: 12-18

Dates: June 16th -20th 10 AM- 1 PM, Performance: June 21st 11 AM- 12 PM

Location: First Presbyterian Church – 9 N 6th St. Fernandina Beach, FL 32034

Fee to Participate: FREE. Spots are limited and will be filled on a first come first serve basis.

With expert-led classes in areas like:

• Stagecraft & Performance Skills

• Vocal Technique

• Musical Text Analysis

• Basic Music Theory for Singers

• Audition Prep

• Working with a Live Accompanist

• Conquering Performance Anxiety

And so much more!

The workshop will culminate in a final performance, where each artist will showcase the work they've been doing in front of a live audience. Get ready for a week full of acting games, musical challenges, group numbers, and the opportunity to collaborate with top-notch artists — all while having a blast!

Experience Level: No Stage experience necessary. However, the performer must have a song ready to work on. It is preferred that the genre of the piece be Musical Theater or Classical as these genres will lend themselves the best to the work we will be doing in class. If the piece is in a different language you must have the song translated before classes begin.
